Standard UAE Shipping Charges
- Orders below AED 250: AED 25 standard delivery.
- Orders of AED 250 or more: free standard delivery.
These Shopify checkout shipping rates also apply to Abu Dhabi city, other Abu Dhabi areas and Western Region addresses.
Abu Dhabi Western Region: Separate Cash Transportation Fee
Our regular courier does not cover Western Region addresses. Separate private taxi transportation is required, with an additional AED 25 transportation fee collected in cash, separately from Shopify checkout.
You will be informed of this additional fee before delivery. It is not included in the checkout total.
- Orders below AED 250: AED 25 Shopify shipping + AED 25 separate cash transportation fee = AED 50 total delivery cost.
- Orders of AED 250 or more: free Shopify shipping + AED 25 separate cash transportation fee = AED 25 total delivery cost.
No Western Region-specific shipping rate is added at Shopify checkout. Other Abu Dhabi locations follow the standard UAE rates without this Western Region transportation fee.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard UAE delivery is estimated at 1–2 business days, subject to order processing, destination and courier availability. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Western Region deliveries may take longer due to separate transport arrangements.
International Delivery
Where international delivery is available, the available shipping charges are shown at checkout. The UAE free-delivery offer does not apply to international orders.
